  1. Thanks for the post Scott. I will try to tune in this Friday for your interview and performance. That’s right at bedtime at our house so might be difficult with two toddlers.

Spring has definitely sprung in Charleston. Birds are active, azaleas are starting to bloom and the pine trees have released their yellow pollen everywhere coating everything for weeks. Today is our first real rain to wash it away. The fish will be biting soon and I look forward to taking my son who is now 4 yrs old with his grandfather.

Next weekend my organization The Nature Conservancy will install an oyster reef with volunteers which will be my first oyster reef install. It sounds like fun and it’s exciting work we’re doing for shoreline stabilization and water quality monitoring.

I’ve recently finished “The Sun The Moon and The Rolling Stones” which is one of the best books about the 2nd best band in the world I’ve ever read. I’m almost finished with “Kill Em and Leave” about James Brown. It’s excellent. And I’ve started re-reading a 33 1/3 book on The Byrds album “The Notorious Byrd Brothers” one of my favorites.

Scott I play “I Remember” from time to time on my radio show and it’s now becoming one of my son’s favorite songs. He’ll now say some of the words along with you when it plays. His favorite part is when you say “Bowie, Elton and The Beatles.”

Please let me know if your tour works out. I will try to help you book something here in Charleston and have you on the air at the radio station, WOHM.

    Keep well.
